Try it yourself

πŸ”¬ Wave on a String

Wiggle a string by hand or drive it with an oscillator, and see how wave speed, frequency, and damping interact.

Try this: Switch to "Oscillate" mode and adjust frequency, amplitude, and damping. Try a fixed end vs. a loose end.

Look for: Watch what happens to the wave when it reflects off a fixed end versus a free end.
